Tissue Solutions Strengthen their Business Development Team

Tissue Solutions are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Derek McFerran as a Business Development Director

Derek has over 15 years experience in life science research with 12 years spent in industry working in the fields of biomanufacturing and drug discovery.  He has held a number of positions spanning roles including assay development, project design & management, sales & marketing.

He joins Tissue Solutions after spending 5 years at PeproTech, a world leader in the manufacture of cytokines, where he was responsible for driving key account development within UK, Ireland & Scandinavia and achieved key account growth of up to 200% in this time.

His previous roles include 5 years at a pre-clinical CRO designing and managing client projects as well as time spent at US Biotech as Project Science Leader for a monoclonal antibody development project.
