Tissue Solutions New Client Services Team

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of Tissue Solutions, with the focus on customised tissue acquisition and technical support, rather than just providing a catalogue shop offering. The continued growth of the company and increasing number of clients has resulted in further expansion and the development of a new Client Services team. The team will be headed up by Dr Fiona Mackenzie who has been appointed as the new Client Service Director.

Dr Morag McFarlane commented “Fiona has been a real asset to Tissue Solutions during her three years with us as Senior Executive Scientist. This promotion is in recognition of the significant contribution she has made and our desire to create a client services role with responsibility for delivering on our promises to our clients.
