Entrust Resource Solutions has launched an aggressive 5-year growth and acquisition strategy that will benefit our global customer base by enabling them to hire top talent while achieving the business growth necessary to reach our targeted £10 million turnover.

Entrust Resource Solutions is delighted to announce that Horton International UK, a specialist Executive Search provider has joined the group. Horton International joins like-minded recruiters Entrust People to offer a group solution to talent sourcing. These companies have a complementary offering and share a dual purpose: to help clients achieve their business objectives and to support the career aspirations of their candidates.

With a continued focus on technology and life sciences, the Group can provide solutions for a full range of roles, from Bench to Board, working on contingent, interim and exec search assignments. The increased presence of the Group will enhance our ability to serve clients across Europe and beyond.

The expansion of the Group will enable the experience and knowledge of both teams to be shared across the businesses enabling a wider range of resourcing solutions to be available to clients and candidates.

Paul Edwards MBE will sit on the group board and continue in his leadership role with Horton. Paul has enjoyed a varied and distinguished career in the life science industry prior to senior recruitment. Importantly we have retained ex-Senior Partner Charles Taylor in a senior capacity at Horton for at least two years to ensure a seamless transition.

The Group, founded by Austin Clark and Ryan Watson, have attracted new funding and welcomes new members to the board. Joining Austin, Ryan and Paul on the board are Gavin Hands and Mary Ballantyne. Gavin and Mary bring a wealth of experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences and business, having been part of a team who brought the multi-million-pound sale of CXR Biosciences to Concept Life Sciences to fruition in 2015.
