WOMEN RETURNING TO LIFE SCIENCES:

EQUATE Scotland are looking for partners from the life sciences sector to take part in our ground-breaking women returners programme. We are working with a cohort of 40 women with the skills and expertise to return to STEM careers and are encouraging employers to support our work by offering short-term (3 month) paid placements. EQUATE Scotland will provide a supported return to work, support for your managers in the development of these placements and job advertising to ensure you find the skills you are seeking.
